Curious Curious' [Continued from Front Page]by: Bologna | edited by: Bologna
What really happened that night? The true story may never be known however a similar incident occured just 6 months later except "This time it was Vidcund falling on the lawn" we were informed.
Now after hearing of these strange incidents we of course went straight to the Curious home. They refused to talk but as we were leaving a quick glimpse at an upstairs window showed us two alien children and an alien toddler! Dont believe us if you wish but we tried to put two and two together here. Pascal is dropped on the lawn after a weird light show and then Vidcund 6 months later experiences a similar situation. Could Pascal have birthday twin aliens? And could Vidcund have followed the same path but with a single alien child? You can make your own decision on these strange happenings. These curious Curious' hold strong interest in the minds of many.
April Fools!
Fansites have their share of April Fools

This years' 2008 was...well actually surprisingly calm. But that doesn't mean Sims sites and fans alike didn't pull their own little pranks. Didn't get to see 'em? Aw shame because there were some real gut-busters. Sites all over were posting news of new Sims 2 EP's, and other odd things.
Modthesims2 was one such site pulling their own prank this year. Monkeys was the theme there, and they didn't take it lightly. No a simple Silver Monkey Banner wasn't enough for these tricksters. They went all out changing their navigation menu to themes like "Apes", "The Jungle", and all things monkey. It had a lot of simmers pretty rattled.
The Simmers Club, or rather The Fish Head Club, also pulled a little April Fools prank. Can you guess? Yes they've all decided Sims 2 isn't for them! No they moved on to bigger and better things, being a fishhead club. Don't worry it was only an April 1st kinda thing and they are now back to the Sims. They had themselves a pretty interesting banner though! Plus some of the staff and members changed their names to something aquatic.
Simmers Dream was another site that pranked their members when Cheesy, site admin, made a thread stating "The End of Simmers Dream". Said thread told members that the site would be deleted on April 2nd. Members were relieved to hear at the end of the day that it was all a prank.
Other April first incidents include a "Sims 3 no longer" magazine article as well as many other harmless pranks brought to simmers attention on many forums and websites. Overall, it was a pretty enjoyable day for those just sitting back, looking through all the tricks.
