Landgraab's at it again!

Malcolm Landgraab is a business man to say the least. He owns half of Bluewater Village and late last year finally decided to settle down and start a family...with his...er...maid? Well anyways, this past year Landgraab's been sitting back enjoying life with his family, but the call of the business world was just to hard to resist and he's back, and better then ever.
The Landgraab family never really went with that whole "Take from the rich and give to the poor" they thought more..."The rich are meant to become richer" and they sure did! Over the course of Malcolm's life, he was taught at a private school and raised by a governess. As a teen, Malcolm started his own small shop, which is now a thriving video store.
Throughout his young adult life, he was buying and selling land like crazy! By the time he met his wife, he had 4 restaurants, 2 arcades, 3 salons, and his video store! Of course, he never really was one to actual do the work. No he was the boss's boss. He hired a manager for each store and checked in with them, while he himself bought and sold land to those looking to reside in Bluewater Village.
One morning, all that came to a halt when Dana, Malcolm's wife, went into labor! She had a healthy daughter. Malcolm was on top of the world! He decided to sit back awhile. Sure he'd still check in with the managers that ran his stores, but he'd do it all from home. He was fully committed to being the best dad he could be.
Now, just around a year later, Malcolm's back! He recently purchased a new store, this one's a clothing store that he calls Reece's Closet, named after his daughter of course. From what we've seen so far, Malcolm's managing this one himself! It's a well run store. Malcolm also hasn't returned to buying and selling building land yet. When we asked him if he planned to go back to that he simply replied, "Well, I figure Reece is gonna need all she could ever dreams about, so I'll be needing the cash." We simply sat there and stared...
